The Jamaica Gazette Supplement, Proclamations, Rules and regulations, Vol. CXXXV dated Friday , November 9,2012, The Casino Gaming ( Prescribed Games) Regulations 2012 :

The playing of table games including but not limited to: Roulette, Big Six Wheel, Baccarat, Mini Baccarat, Craps, Faro, Red Dog, Pai Gow, Sic Bo, Poker, Casino War, Fast Action Hold ‘Em and any variation of these games provided that there are -

1. One or more dealers performing the functions of:
   1. Operating a device essential for the playing of the game.
   2. Dealing cards
   3. Taking, collecting and paying out bets
   4. Directing the play of the game
2. Players and dealers being in one another’s presence during play of the game.
