Facilitating Responsible Casino Gaming
Legal Department
The legal department acts as the secretary to the Board of Commissioner’s meetings and is responsible for the operation of the appeals tribunal to arbitrate disputes between the Commission and any person aggrieved by a decision or act of the Commission.
The legal department ensures that the relevant legislation is reviewed and amended as required. It also ensures that the regulations governing casino gaming are observed.
